These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from COAT CREST LLC through https://coatcrestwear.com.

1. Seller

2. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Customers should review the title, description, color, size guide, price, and availability before ordering. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Any correction made before order acceptance will be communicated when material.

3. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price charged, subject to correction of genuine errors before order acceptance. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment and is processed through approved third-party payment providers.

4. Order formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order-receipt email is an acknowledgment. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. Any captured payment for a canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Processing takes 1–2 business days, carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.

6. Cancellation and modification

Cancellation, address changes, and other order modifications may be requested before shipment by contacting support@coatcrestwear.com. Requests are not guaranteed once processing begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

A return may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Prior authorization is required, and the approved return must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not mandatory, and reasonable inspection is allowed. COAT CREST LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law. We do not sell customized products and do not designate ordinary merchandise as final sale.

8. Delivery problems

Damage, missing components, or an incorrect product should be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery. This reporting request supports prompt investigation and does not limit non-waivable legal rights.

9. Legal rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Missouri law and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory protections and venues available under applicable law.
