What does COAT CREST sell?
We sell women’s apparel and layers online. We do not operate a walk-in store and we do not sell unrelated product categories on this website.
Where is the company, and where do orders ship from?
Registered office: 630 River Rd, Tuscumbia, MO 65082, United States. That is the legal office, not a store and not the warehouse.
Orders ship from IS Fulfillment, 1314 N Nias Ave, Springfield, MO 65802, United States.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. Standard shipping to those addresses is free. There is no minimum order value. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any international address. Because we do not ship outside the United States, customers are not charged customs duties on orders from this site.
Do you offer express shipping?
No. The only method currently offered is free standard shipping. There is no paid expedited option at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Cutoff: 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Processing: 1–2 business days after the order is received (or the next business day if placed after cutoff). Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days. Total estimate: 4–7 business days. “Business days” means Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
How do I start a return?
Email support@coatcrestwear.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. After we authorize the return, we email a prepaid label. Send the package to IS Fulfillment, 1314 N Nias Ave, Springfield, MO 65802. Do not ship to Tuscumbia unless we say so in writing. We pay authorized return shipping and we do not charge a restocking fee.
How long do refunds take?
After the item is inspected in Springfield, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show the credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, when shown at checkout. We do not add a payment-method surcharge. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address.
Can I change or cancel an order?
