Where does COAT CREST ship?
We ship to valid addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States.
When is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Orders placed later are treated as received on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
Are orders processed on weekends or holidays?
No. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Can I cancel or change an order?
You may request cancellation, an address correction, or another order change before shipment. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins and cannot be made after shipment. Email support@coatcrestwear.com immediately.
What is the return period?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. An approved item must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization.
Is original packaging required?
No. Original packaging is not mandatory. Reasonable opening and inspection are permitted. Please include all supplied parts, accessories, and instructions.
Who pays return and exchange shipping?
COAT CREST LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping costs and provides a prepaid label or equivalent instructions.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
Are any ordinary products final sale?
No. We do not designate ordinary merchandise as final sale. Gift cards are not returnable except where required by law. We do not sell customized or personalized products.
What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact support@coatcrestwear.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and photographs when reasonably possible.
