1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

We sell women’s apparel displayed on this website. We try to show colors and details accurately. Screens vary, so small differences can occur. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until checkout is completed.

3. Orders and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order-confirmation email is an acknowledgment, not a guarantee that the item remains in stock. We may cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, lack of inventory, a shipping-address we do not serve, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original payment method.

4. Payment, shipping, and returns

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, to interfere with security, to scrape the site in an abusive way, or to misuse another person’s payment method or identity.

Site content, trademarks, and product imagery are owned by or licensed to COAT CREST LLC. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law, COAT CREST LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. That choice matches our place of organization and our U.S. sales market.
